On Sunday, my niece, sister in law and I are running this 10k run in memory of my Dad.  He was a fantastic, funny man who supported all his friends and family, whatever they chose to do in their lives.  He was much loved by many people and will be sadly missed

He finally lost his fight against cancer on 1st March this year, and the whole family was devastated at his loss.  My mother was the one with him more than anyone, and she would have found everything much harder to deal with if it wasn’t for the emotional and practical support/advice she received from Macmillan.

I want to show my appreciation for all the support this fantastic organisation have given my family, especially my Mum.   Thanks for donating anything you can to them, however small the amount.
