After running for Asthma + Lung in the 2022 Edinburgh Half Marathon I am now taking on the even bigger the challenge of the London Marathon in 2024 again for this wonderful charity. 

In October 2022, I caught a virus that caused me to have a life threatening asthma attack and was hospitalised for 7 days. It was a very traumatic time and I will never forget the moment I was able to breathe easy again. I am thankful for all the medicine available and the staff  while in hospital, as well as all the support of the asthma nurses since being discharged. 

Since then, it has motivated me even more in my running and I have bounced back stronger than ever with the best relationship with my asthma than ever. 

Asthma + Lung do so much amazing work for all sufferers of lung conditions and it will be a very proud/emotional moment being able to wear their vest to run the London Marathon in April 2024.💜💜
