Ride and Stride is a fundraising initiative set up by Shropshire Historic Churches Trust to raise money to maintain Shropshire's many historic churches.  Many of the buildings are hundreds of years old, have much architectural, spiritual and historic significance and beauty; not only as places of worship but as places for local communities and visitors to use and enjoy now and in the future.

On Saturday 8 September 2018 a group of us will be taking it in turns to clock up as many miles as possible on a static bike the south porch of St Laurence's Church, Ludlow.
