Story

On the 16th of April I turn 30. As a final farewell to my twenties I wanted to take on some kind of challenge, and somewhat foolishly I've decided to attempt the Vale of Glamorgan Coastal Ultra Marathon. It's a 32 and a half mile run from Penarth to Ogmore and will be happening on the 7th of April. I am slightly terrified, not only because of the distance but also because this is a self navigated course that requires a compass apparently and I don't even know my left from right, so it should be interesting.

I'm doing this in aid of Oshi's World because it is a wonderful volunteer led charity that creates an accessible and fun space for local disabled children, and I know every single penny raised will be put to good use.

I would really appreciate any donations you could offer, it would certainly help keep me going when I'm hobbling along the coastal path.

Diolch yn fawr / Thank you very much!
