We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

Story

My close friend Lulu has been diagnosed for the second time with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.

I first saw Lulu battle Ewing Sarcoma at 15. Lulu had her leg amputated after going through months of chemotherapy which she was then told she was clear. Sadly Lulu has received the news that her cancer has come back and she now has 4 tumours. Of course this is very upsetting news and a shock to us all. Lulu has decided to not go through with chemotherapy, instead to have palliative care.

Because of this Lulu has decided to take part in the Great North 5K run in Newcastle. I will also be running alongside her as support and to help raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. The Trust have been incredible with Lulu and have helped so many.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and any donations would be gratefully appreciated by both Lulu and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
