At the end of last month we were devastated when Jess was diagnosed with breast cancer. At 34 she is a year younger than I was when I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She is about to embark on chemotherapy. Surgery and radiotherapy will be further down the line. Without exception the staff at St James’s have been wonderful. Macmillan Cancer Support is being a great source of information and support in these early days of getting our heads round it all. Doing the Leeds 10k on July 3rd in support of Macmillan is a way of showing our very great thanks. Thank you so much for supporting my fundraising.
