Every year the Suffolk and Norfolk branch of the David Brown Tractor Club hold a Pink Ladies Tractor Road Run in aid of Cancer Research's Breast Cancer Appeal. 

It's a charity very close to my heart.  Almost exactly four years ago I lost one of the most important people in my life - my best friend and confidante; my amazing Mum. 

She loved taking part in the Ladies Run, and so far I've done it twice.  In 2011 the organisers dedicated entire day to her, and I took part again in 2013.  I managed to raise an insane £1,100. I'd love to do the same again this year, but fingers crossed I won't have to borrow a different tractor at the last minute this time around!
