In April I will be running the London Marathon for Winston’s Wish - the leading childhood bereavement charity in the UK. Every 22 minutes a child in Britain is bereaved of a parent... that's 24,000 bereaved children every year! I think you'll agree that to lose a parent is every child’s worst nightmare and the same goes for parents who have to leave the world and their children behind.
