Keith very kindly signed me up for the Blenheim Triathlon for my Christmas present last year :-/ and I would love to raise some money for charity to inspire me to keep going!!

Having lost Dad to a rare type of lymphoma in 2011, this is a charity very close to my heart.  There are many many different types of blood cancer, and Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research have pioneered a unique way of diagnosing the different types more accurately, ultimately improving patient treatment.

It would be great to hit my fundraising target and every penny counts. Here is an idea of how the money will be spent:

£50 will pay for a research nurse for one day to support patients entered into clinical trials (something that Dad was involved in)

£150 will pay for 45 patient information booklets (we could not fault the information we were given about Dad's illness and treatment)

£250 will pay for a week's worth of essential laboratory supplies
