Thank you to all the very generous friends and family for your unwavering support, I am extremely inspired and grateful. After the trials and tribulations of the Oct London marathon, I am back on track to prepare for a harder race - the Jurassic Coast trail half marathon on 26 November, and continue to raise much needed fund for the Bromley By Bow Centre, a charity I have been supporting for 10 years! I pledge to donate £1,000 of my own money and truly hope I can inspire kind hearted friends to support me with the rest. Every single penny raised goes to the Charity! 

The teams at the centre are truly changing the world by helping one person a time in one of the most deprived areas in the UK from skills workshop, health care, social inclusion to community support, but a growing funding gap is making this more challenging each year.
