We’re stepping away again this year to raise more money for a charity who have helped provide support and advice to us as parents and very useful advice to teachers and schools to help them support children with CFS.  Last year Yasmin’s team raised over £300 and although we may not raise that again this year we wanted to take part again as it gave us all a positive focus and helped Yasmin to build her stamina slowly. This year we have a larger team and are aiming for 2 million steps. 

Yasmin is making small steps of progress however the reality of this complex syndrome has become more real to us all and has had a huge impact on Yasmin and family life. We hope more research into ME will one day find some much needed answers. In the meantime we will focus on staying positive.
