So, that moment of madness... it's all Bradley Wiggins' fault really!  We went to Paris last year to see him win the Tour de France - an awesome experience - and on the way home I suggested to Ade that as we celebrate big birthdays that coincide rather neatly with the 100th Tour this year, it might be nice to see the finish again.  And then I suggested that we could cycle there.  What was I thinking?!  That is not a suggestion to make to a man who is quite keen on cycling, now is it?

So four of us will set off on Tuesday 16th July - me, Ade, Tony Blampied and Paul Martin, to be met on Saturday by our families, so we can watch the pros show us how it's done on Sunday!  We'll keep you up to date with regular Facebook postings and you can all giggle at the sight of Kate and Ade on a tandem (call me Daisy this week!) - that alone must be worth a donation!

We have decided to make our madness count, so we are doing this in memory of Mandy and other friends who have been helped so much by the wonderful Macmillan - please give what you can.
