Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In lockdown I started outdoor swimming , year round and decided to set myself a real challenge to get fit and motivated, and to help my mental health. So , on 25th June I’m swimming overnight, in a lake , in Cheshire for 12 hours.

I then decided that if I can achieve this , I’d  try and raise money for the two charities I volunteer my time for-  one of which is VHCP(Vision Care for Homeless People) who provide free eye care services and spectacles for those who don’t have access to the benefits system . I’m a semi retired Optometrist and get so much from using my time to help this cause.  Please help me make a difference!
