I've been volunteering for Core Clapton for nearly a year now and it could really do with a few quid! 

Core is a social healthcare charity based in Hackney, which aims to treat those in chronic pain and promote health through very low cost osteopathy and community-based physical activity. It's the first if its kind in the U.K and the community love and value the centre. It's a very positive place treating and helping people who would not normally access osteopathy or exercise classes to help them get back to doing what they enjoy most.

I've never run a half marathon before, so it's should be erm, interesting?! Wish me luck and if you can spare a few quid I'll love you forever xx
