So, I need to get fit, lose weight and generally enjoy a form of exercise! 

So, earlier this year I thought, why not, signing up to the Great South Run for the Charity I head up will get me motivated!! I now have just over a month to train so this really is a huge challenge!

But as well as supporting my challenge to be fitter, you can also support me by donating to help Portsmouth Hospitals Charity. 

I want to raise money for the Working Together Fund which supports a range of initiatives across the hospital. This includes funding our 'Dragons' Den' projects each year, these are projects from anywhere in the hospital needing funding to make a dream a reality. Last year we helped to make one of our X-ray rooms Dementia Friendly by putting up skylights, wall murals and painting the radiographer screen. Its a project which makes such a difference!
