Story

2019 is going to be an extremely special year for Kangaroos as they celebrate their 25th Anniversary. They began with six members and now support more than 210 families with the children and young adults attending the clubs having a range of disabilities including autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, complex medical needs, visual and hearing impairments, limited mobility and profound communication difficulties. They enable their members to have a social life with their peers, giving them opportunities to enjoy a wide range of activities supported by experienced staff and volunteers. Due to their disabilities Kangaroos often provides the only social and recreational activity available to them outside of school and home. I am hoping to help them to raise £100,000 so that they can give all their members a 'Memory of a Lifetime' by providing a range of exciting overnight stays and day trips.
