Training is going well!  Kate and I are  enjoying many early morning runs along the beach.  Building up to the  half marathon and 10K events on October 3rd and 4th.  We would be hugely grateful for your fundraising support.  

We are running for Bournemouth YMCA which helps and supports people of all ages, origins and faiths, especially those who are young and who are needy or vulnerable in some way.  Their desire is to see lives changed in line with the YMCA's mission statement:
