Kate, Stef, Helen G, Helen F & Deb have kept to our promise and doing the Stampede run for the first time this year at Gosforth Race Course, which is 10k cross country assault course !!

The chosen charity for this years' Stampede is Macmillan Cancer Support.

I don't think there is one person out there who has not affected by Cancer and when it comes knocking at your door, it can be hard.

As what Macmillan say "Whatever cancer throws your way, we're right there with you". We will be right there on the day throwing ourselves into everything!

Not only are we supporting such an important charity but we would also like to raise awareness on mental health/well-being.

It is becoming so important to spread the message, that its OK not to be OK whether you are a male, female or a child, you're not alone and its OK to talk. 

Kelly may not be with us in person on the day but we are making sure that she is with us in spirit because there is no way she would miss us making fools of ourselves. Be ready Kelly for the ride its gonna be messy!
