The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer and donor powered charity dedicated to raising money for lifesaving childhood cancer research and funds more in childhood cancer grants than any organization except for the U.S. government.

Story

There is a charity formed by individuals from the insurance industry nearly 20 years ago. It involves St Patrick’s day and being sponsored to shave your head to raise money to help children suffering with cancer - hence St Baldricks!

For some reason I have agreed to do this on March 16th, 11 years after Piers did it, but only if I can raise at least USD50k. I have a US page which is doing well but thought it would help my UK based friends if I set up a Just Giving page. Hopefully you can still reclaim gift aid for US charity?

Anyway needless to say I am becoming more nervous as the day approaches and promise to post photo here afterwards. Apologies for boring page but can’t seem to upload photos but please give generously anyway!
