I'm watching the news with fear and sadness about what is happening in Afghanistan and feel like I want to do something to support the women who are someone's daughters, sisters, mothers... 

Women for Afghan Women is a grass roots charity of mainly Muslim and Afghani Women who are working hard to give support and solace in these violent and frightening times.

My swim is not a Marathon! But hopefully I might be able to raise some money for this incredible charity when it is needed so much.
