I'm taking on Move for Mind challenge.
Some days my mental health can be pretty awful but I manage to get through those days with the support of the wonderful people around me and, of course, the sea! 🌊🌊 But many people aren’t that lucky so I’d like to raise money to help Mind provide vital support services.
People often get sponsored for doing ‘a dip a day’ but that would be too easy for me! So my challenge is to walk for (at least) 31 minutes a day in January. This might sound quite easy but sometimes my mental health can actually make it difficult to leave the house, unless it’s for a swim.
This is an expensive time of year but please consider giving just a small amount to motivate me and raise money for Mind.
