As a team, we intend to virtually relay run 'Mint to Mint' from the current Royal Mint address of Llantrisant to the Tower of London. The challenge is to see how many times we can run there and back as a team of mixed abilities. There are 11 runners and between us we have pledged to cover 1,234km in 5 weeks which is almost 2.5X a return run from Llantrisant in South Wales to the Tower of London Why are we doing it? Everyone's mental health has been under pressure with the events of the last few years and as we enter a challenging financial time it looks like the stresses of life are only to increase. That why MIND is such an important beneficiary of this activity.
