Hello, I’ve had this crazy dream of cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End for quite sometime now. The upside of lockdown is that I’ve had the time to fit in the training for this event with the support of my family and friends. Let’s hope we can raise  £1 for each mile I travel to support Shooting Star children’s hospices..

It’s going to be an incredibly difficult physical and mental challenge, I am riding solo, unassisted and carrying all my own bags!!  But most of all taking time away from the family to achieve it is going to be tough. 

I need to say a big thank you to Adam for holding the fort while I’m away and during the long rides each weekend leading up to the event. A big thank you to Emily Davis and Ann Clement who got me back on my bike in March 2020 after having Minty and accompanying me all last year building up to our first 100K and then 100 miles!

The wonderful weekly rides with the VCGH ladies endurance group have been packed full of fun and fabulous coffee stops making my long weekend rides soo much more enjoyable. Thanks lovelies.
