Story

Hi

I first became aware of Free to Shine charity through my mum.  Her friend, Nicky, is the director of the charity which is based in Australia and when I read about what Free to Shine was about I had to get involved as it's such a positive good cause.

Free to Shine believe children should be in schools, not brothels. So they identify girls at high risk of being targeted by traffickers, get her a uniform and a bike, fill a bag with books and pens, and visit her regularly to keep her in school and keep her safe. Free to Shine equip her with an education to prevent sex trafficking.

I am aim to raise £200 in order to fund a Cambodian girl's education for a year (it costs Aus $35).

As I am a strong believer in education and the empowerment of women I feel strongly about helping Cambodia's vulnerable girls to have a better life by stopping the problem at the source.

If you want to read more about why sex trafficking happens in Cambodia and about the charity in general please refer to this link

Thank you.  Please give what you can for such a good cause :)

Big love
