After one whole, very LONG, month off alcohol and two months of training (one a bit on/off!) I have decided I want to make it more worthwhile so I am now running the half marathon in aid of MS Society.

My youngest brother Michael died at the age of 46 years old (nearly 2 years younger than me!) from complications caused by this horrific disease. I would like to run the half marathon in his memory and for a charity that one day may help eradicate this dreadful disease.
