Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am lucky enough to have a club place so the first 50 pounds I raise will go to the club charity. Nevertheless as I have put a lot of work into training, in mostly awful weather, so I would love to raise some extra money for the Ankylosing Spondylitis Society. This is a lesser known charity that is very close to my heart, as my brother suffers from the condition. More research is desperately needed into what causes flare ups, side effects of medication and how to manage or help the condition.

This is my third marathon but first ‘big’ one and I have challenged myself to not only get a PB but hopefully get under good for age fingers crossed!

I know this is late but at least you know I have done all the training and in a weeks time will be hobbling home! Any donations gratefully received and hope to see some of you on the day.
