We support younger people living with young onset dementia and their families in Berkshire, Surrey Heath, NE Hants and Farnham. We provide one to one support and activity based workshops across the working week for people with a young onset dementia diagnosis, providing respite for their carers.

Story

Sophie is completing her GOLD award for Brownies and she has chosen to undertake her Charities badge.  She has chosen to raise money for an amazing charity called YPWD (Younger People With Dementia). It is a charity that has supported her family for the last 4 years since her  GG’s diagnosis.

Sophie has decided to walk 100 miles over 8 weeks to raise money. (She has already walked 95 miles and has until tomorrow to complete her challenge and raise some more money).

She has researched the charity,  created a leaflet explaining what the charity does and has written a thank you letter to the charity to thank them for their ongoing support.

We have created this page to raise more awareness so please donate to help her complete her challenge!
