I will be doing the Manchester 10k run in memory of my dad on May 15th 2011. Please please please sponsor me no matter how small or large the amount of money hahah as it will spur me on even more knowing its in memory of a good cause. My dad had a massive heart attack 5years ago and he had been suffering with his heart and yet kept it quiet, i just want to do my bit and put a little into a charity that could have really helped him.
