Story
Dougie loves building Forts and Dougie loves his dad. It will be 4 years since Marc died so what better way to commemorate his anniversary and celebrate his life than to spend the night sleeping in a Fort built by Dougie and hopefully raising some much needed funds for this special charity. £28 supports 1 child with the tools and materials to help them. We would like to raise £140 to support 5 children.
Fort Night is back....between 31st May 7th June, were challenging you for one night only (or 7 if you are brave!) to raise money by spending the night in the most unusual placeyou can think of. Whether you dust off the tent and camp under the stars, de-clutter the under stairs cupboard to make room for your masterpiece, or build a den right in the middle of the front room. We are asking families to work together and build the perfect den.Alongside all of the fun we hope you'll have, there' a serious side to our Fort Night fundraiser. Sadly, more than 100 children are bereaved of a parent every day in the UK. As a result of coronavirus, were already seeing this number begin to rise. We're working harder than ever to provide vital frontline support for children who have been bereaved as a result of the pandemic and we desperately need your help. By raising or donating just £28 you can help us to provide a child with all of the tools and materials they need to explore their grief.
