Funding Neuro - Greatest Climb · 10 January 2012 ·

We fund research that will lead to treatments and cures for neurological conditions, we bring researchers together and patients of all disorders, to share ideas, support innovation and deliver results. We are currently involved in trials for DIPG brain tumours, Parkinson's Disease and MND.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

From the 10 - 19 January 2012 I will be joining 28 others, including Gavin Hastings and Miss Scotland, to ascend the highest free-standing mountain in the world - Mount Kilimanjaro. Apart from fulfilling a personal ambition of mine, we will be raising money for an amazing charity - Funding Neuro, which funds pioneering research to advance the cures for neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, MS and Huntington's. Together with the sister organisation, Wobbly Williams, they stage spectacular and very different events to raise the money required to advance the research that they believe will make the difference.

Please help support me in the biggest challenge to date, and give a small amount to help better the lifes of others with these neurological conditions.
