27th July: I will be running the Rio Marathon. 

This 42km race will be in memory of my dad. I aim to raise as much as I can for *Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research* - a charity that changes lives. 

Although maintaining a strict training schedule has been a major challenge, it really is nothing compared to the challenges faced by blood cancer patients - old & young - and their families every day.
