Hi,

Phil and I decided to set ourselves a personal challenge this year to complete the Rossendale Triathlon in the hope to raise as much money as possible for our children’s school, Edenfield COE primary. It’s a fantastic school which like most has struggled to raise funds due to the pandemic so this seemed like the perfect way for us to try and contribute toward the school. Not only that but personally it is will be a huge challenge to complete this race, both physically and mentally. It has become apparent that I am petrified of cycling on the road and I have never been one for putting myself in a position outside of my comfort zone which this very much is! 

For Phil it was the challenge he needed to get out running, cycling and improve fitness which he has done amazing at despite very busy life!
