Christmas Party for Parkinsons

Kathryn Knowles is raising money for Parkinson’s UK

Cura Christmas Party for Parkinsons · 4 December 2020

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

This is the correct charity page, I set the first one up wrong and it wasn't allowing gift-aid, doh!

Once you have made your donation please email lindsaymason@curainsurance.co.uk with your contact details. It's so we can send you the invite link.

In October my dad had deep brain stimulation surgery for Parkinsons disease. With everything that is happening he had to travel over 2 hours to reach the hospital, without any family or friends to support him. That's a lot of face on your own!

The team at Newcastle and all of the services with the NHS have been absolutely phenomenal. I want to do something to give back to these incredible people.

In association with Parkinsons U.K. I will be hosting a Virtual Christmas Quiz on the 4 December 6pm to 7:30pm.

Put on your fanciest festive clobber or go all out in fancy dress (there’s a prize for that), deck the bookshelves and get in the Christmas spirit (there’s a prize for that too!) and raise money for Parkinsons U.K.

Let's have fun!
