To celebrate 10 years of being a Girlguiding Leader, I am challenging myself to trek along part of the Great Wall of China in October 2022 (postponed from the original 2020 date due to the pandemic). I've been a Brownie, Guide, Young Leader, Rainbow Leader and now Brownie Leader. I'm also a Girlguiding Mentor, helping to train new leaders. 

I am taking this opportunity to fundraise for Girlguiding so that they can continue to provide amazing opportunities for girls in the UK. I have a minimum fundraising target of £3250. 50% of my fundraising will help girls have the best possible experience in guiding and 50% of your donation will go towards my trip costs, including accommodation, travel and the trek itself. 

I will also be fundraising through many events with Lisa, a friend and fellow leader who is taking on this challenge with me. We will be advertising on this site and via Facebook so please join us for these events as well!
