Im taking on Cats Protections Holiday HIIT challenge in support of cats and kittens across the UK this winter! From 1 December through to Christmas eve, Ill take part in 24 days of energy boosting workouts getting more and more difficult by the day.Throughout December, I'll complete 12 rounds of a HIIT workout to match the advent day. On 1 December, Ill complete the workout for one round 6 December will be day 6, so Ill complete six rounds of the workout all the way up to day 24 with 24 rounds of the workout! Like Cats Protection, I believe that every cat deserves a place where they can feel at home and receive the love they need, for however long they need it. Thats why Im asking for your donations to support Cats Protection in filling their pens with the nutritious food, blankets, bedding, and toys cats need to feel snug and safe.
