I am training for a triathlon with 11 weeks to go which means I have either slightly lost my mind or believe I’m fitter than I am!

I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK which is a great cause and would appreciate any pennies that you can spare. As most of you know my mum had a brush with the big c a few years ago and without the valuable research that Cancer Research UK do, the outcome may have been very different.

Even if you can only spare £1, I would be incredibly appreciative and as they say every little helps!
