Over the last year there has been a number of events that have highlighted the essential and good work that the British Heart Foundation do and I want to try and raise a bit of money so they can carry this on.  Cycling London to Brighton - bring it on!

Not only have high profile cases in the media such as Fabrice Muamba showed how heart conditions can affect anyone, last year one of Kate's friends heart stopped, they were put into a medically induced coma and if it wasn't for the good work of the people at the hospital and the support of the British Heart Foundation she wouldn't be here today, which would be tragic. This has certainly made me want to try and do something to help.

So, here is were you come in.  Yep I want your money!  Myself, Nic Glemas and a few others from Crawley Council have joined a team to do the London-Brighton cycle ride and raise a bit of money for a good cause.  If you can give something that would be great.  It doesn't matter how big or small the amount as everything counts.
