When I was 14 years old I abseiled down the Cow & Calf Rock on Ilkley Moor. I loved the experience and on the back of this one time event 40 years ago, I am planning another descent... down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth - a much higher proposition altogether by a much older, much less fit and far more terrified me! 

I am driven by living life to the full and supporting great causes so the first £350 of donation will go to Naomi House Hospice (Hampshire) and the remainder will support the young people we work with here at CAYSH.
