Parallel London 2017 · 3 September 2017 ·

Movement for Hope designs art-science events that generate funding for research support, awareness-education and adaptive equipment for people disabled by brain and spinal cord illnesses (neurological conditions).

Story

I hate organised events, I don't really like running and I prefer being inside. So I'm taking part in Parallel London's 5K running event!!

All jokes aside, this is an all-inclusive and inspiring event so please sponsor me.

I'm running for Movement for Hope, an organisation that focuses on raising awareness about neurological conditions. There are a huge variety of these diseases, and being diagnosed can have a devastating impact on everyday life. I've been volunteering with MFH over the last year and we are an amazing little organisation that needs your support. Money raised goes towards awareness education, funding adaptive equipment for patients and supporting researchers.
