I am doing this on behalf of my best friend Lauren. As some of you may be aware Lauren lost her dad, her best friend just over 2 years ago to Lymphoma. He was the core of their family, the centre of their world. 

Moving on two years, and I know the pain is still so raw for the family, but each day they have shown determination & they would be making their dad, Stef so proud. 

We used to do the annual race for life together, but running is something that has taken a back seat for us both. We haven’t ran for about 2years properly & regularly! Are we dreading it - yes!!!! Are we going to give up - hell no!!! 

This charity, this cause, the people behind this & the people that care frontline  are incredible. We just want to show our appreciation & celebrate an amazing life, where we smile at the memories & we will be definitely be raising a glass (of cherry vodka of course) once we have done this!!
