We are looking forward to our walk across the bay to raise money for a great charity. Lancashire Mind's vision is Mental Wellbeing for All. This vision is very close to all of our hearts and we are proud to be fund raising for Lancashire Mind to enable them to continue to support people within our community.  

The walk will start at Arnside and finish at Grange. Dependant on the route it will be between 6 and 8 miles, taking us up to 4 hours - Bring it on! There are 165 walkers taking part for Lancashire Mind. 

We will get across the sands come rain or shine sisters with a dance, sing and lots of laughter - no doubt!
