So as anyone who knows us will know, running is not really our thing…so this is going to be a real challenge for us all. We have already started training for it with the aim to still be alive after this 10k. 

We have decided to fundraise for this charity because heart issues are something that can affect so many people throughout our lives. 

We know times are tough, but we would appreciate anything you can spare as this really will be a tough  challenge for us.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
