We provide wigs to children with cancer to restore their confidence and identity.

Story

Beatrice was saddned when she saw an advert for cancer research and asked why the children had no hair; I explained the effects of the medicine and told her that there were charities that you can donate your hair to in order for wigs to be made for children with cancer and other illnesses. After hearing this (and after me making her think very carefully) she decided that she wanted to help! As well as this just giving page, Shotley primary school are having a non uniform day to raise extra funds to send with her donation.

Any amount, no matter how small will help this wonderful charity!

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families
