This year I'm going to complete a variety of fitness challenges and events. These are:
January - Individual CrossFit Competition ✅
February - cycle 100km ✅
March - 250,000 steps ✅
April - Half marathon ✅
May - hike Snowdon (on stairs) ✅
June - sprint duoathlon ✅
July - marathon throughout the month ✅
August - 250,000 steps ✅
September - CrossFit competition ✅
October - Rugby half marathon ✅
November - 6000 kettle bell swings ✅
December - swim 320 lengths✅
I want to push myself each month and continue to raise money for Magic Breakfast - a charity which does excellent work ensuring that children are having a healthy breakfast at school if they're not able to at home.
