RISE is a Brighton based domestic violence and abuse charity that has worked for 26 years to end all forms of violence and abuse against women, their families and those identifying as LGBTQ+. 

As part of the Brightlocal team, I'll be running 8k from Saltdean to Brighton to raise money for this excellent charity. 

This is the first running event I've ever done and 8k will be a big challenge for me. But I've been doing some Park Runs and eating my Weetabix, so fingers crossed I'll make it!
