Unfortunely the Night Owl has been cancelled but because I have got all these sponsors I will be finding a suitable 10km route and running it around the same sort of time, with some help from my friends and family.

Thanks to life and it's habit of getting in the way I was unable to be part of the Forest Half marathon as normal, so for something different I am challenging myself to run 10km in the dusk to dark, something I haven't done before and it's a bit freaky.  But then if it wasn't a bit freaky there'd be less incentive to sponsor me... right?

Well hopefully not, hopefully just the desire to help the oceans and all the life that relies on our seas being healthy and well stocked would be insentive enough.  Without healthy water masses we're all in trouble... big trouble and the lovely folk at MCS are doing the best they can to change hearts and minds and make a difference. I think they are wonderful so GIVE ME (and therefore them) MONEY, please :)
