I'm excited (and nervous) to be taking on this year's Jurassic Coast Challenge with my friends and colleagues at The Climate Group. 

As one of the toughest events run by the Ultra Challenge Series, we'll be tackling 2,600m of climb across 100km in just 2 days (the equivalent of nearly 2 and a half very hilly marathons) to raise money for our paid internship programme - something that unfortunately many organisations across the world struggle to offer.

We want everyone to have the same opportunities to work with us, regardless of background or circumstances - and getting ahead should never be determined by where you come from or who you know. It's also right that our interns reflect the diversity of the communities and countries that we work in.
