I'm taking part in Helm's Step Up challenge and walking 40,000 steps on Sunday 4th December to celebrate their 40th birthday and to support their wonderful work with young people in Tayside. 

Helm does fantastic work supporting disadvantaged and disengaged young people to help them dare to dream about their futures.  Every penny raised will be spent directly on the work with young people and it really will make a different to their lives. 

With the cost of crisis hitting families across the country, I know times are hard and I appreciate every the smallest donation!
