Between 15th January and 15th February 2021 I'll be completing the 116,140 steps it would take to get up and down Mount Everest to raise money for Barnardo's. I'm doing this through dedicated walking and running (not counting the steps I do normally during the day!)

Barnardo's helps protect, support and nurture the UK's most vulnerable children. Coronavirus has had a huge impact on charities, Barnardo's included. The virus is pushing the vulnerable children and families they help to the edge. It’s also shutting down valuable sources of income which are needed to continue the essential support Barnardo's provides.
