Story
Im taking part in "88 squats a day in July for Brain Tumour Research", after we were told my beautiful baby girl had a brain tumour on 18th May 2026.
Although we hope it was successfully removed May 19th, and she is on the road to recovery, we know not everyone has the same positive outcomes.
Our story isn't unique, what we thought was a simple eye test one Sunday afternoon turned into a whirlwind week including 2 MRI scans, 2 CT scans, surgery to insert a drain and surgery to remove the tumour as well as an 8 night stay in Addenbrookes.
The challenge is simple: 88 squats a day, every day, all month long, doesnt seem as painful as what sufferers are going through!!
However you do it, wherever you are – simply get it done and know you’re making a real impact for the more than 1,000 people diagnosed each month with a brain tumour.
